The $12 million Texas Bank Sports Complex at 1651 Rio Concho Drive was funded with voter-approved half-cent sales tax funds. It includes facilities for softball, baseball, flag football, kickball, sand volleyball, as well as a community park with scenic river views.

The complex provides thousands of athletes locally and from across the state with a place to play sports. City Recreation programs alone will host more than 600 youth and adult flag football players, and 600 youth and 200 adult softball/baseball players at the complex.
