Come make s’mores and listen to stories around a campfire at Fort Concho’s first Campfire Story Night of the year. The program is free to the public and will be held from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. this Friday, March 18, in the Barracks 5-6 courtyard on Henry O. Flipper Street.
The “Artillery in the Civil War” theme will reflect the Living History Artillery Training program taking place that weekend on the fort’s Parade Ground with classes and on-field activities.
