The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board serves as an advisory board to the City Council in matters of oversight, policy and administration related to city parks, recreation programs and facilities, except for the Santa Fe Park. The board is composed of eight members, seven appointed by City Council and the eighth a member of the Santa Fe Park Commission, nominated by the Commission and appointed by City Council. The staff liaison is the Parks and Recreation Director, 325-657-4279. Meetings are held generally on the first Wednesday of each month at 3:30 p.m. in the East Reception Room at City Hall, 72 W. College Ave. Agendas are posted on this website and at City Hall.
