The Concho Valley Farmers Market will celebrate its annual grand opening from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 15, under the Farmers Market Pavilion at 609 S. Oakes St. The celebration will include a large array of fresh produce, live music and door prizes.
Customers can expect to see a little bit of everything: fruits, vegetables, herbs, pecans, honey and more! New crops will be added as they come into season.
Farmers can join the market for $15 or $20, which allows them to set up a stand for $5 or $10 at each sale. Vendors come from a 75-mile radius around San Angelo.
Normal hours are 7 a.m. to noon every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday until October.
