Sunday, Nov. 10, members of Friends of Fairmount and volunteers will meet in Historic Fairmount Cemetery, located at 1120 West Avenue N, at 2 p.m. and begin placing more than 1,800 flags on veterans' gravesites from every American war, dating back to those who fought in the Texas War of Independence.
