Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity of the City of San Angelo, should contact Angela Bloss at 325-650-1814 or fill out this online form as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Located across the street from the McNease Convention Center.

All rentals are for two hours maximum for a flat fee. Inflatable jumps are allowed at designated locations and must satisfy insurance requirements.

  • Please DO NOT tape, glue, staple or attach in any fashion any items to the parks structures.
  • DO NOT drive any type of vehicles on the parks property.
  • DO NOT cook underneath the pavilion.
  • DO NOT bring in any type of glass containers.

Please note the City ordinance below:

 Sec. 9.202 Injury to Park or Property

It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person in a park to:
(3)  Attach any rope, wire or other contrivance to any tree or plant.  No person shall dig in
or otherwise disturb grass areas, or in any way injure or impair the natural beauty or usefulness of any area.
(4)  Tie or hitch a horse or other animal to any street less than fifteen (15') feet in height or to any plant

Sec. 9.205  Recreational Activities

It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person in a park to:
(6) Ride a horse except on designated bridle paths; where such riding is permitted, it shall be unlawful to ride other than a thoroughly broken and properly trained horse, or to allow said horse to graze or otherwise go unattended.

Inflatable play equipment MAY not be used at this park

Please be courteous and clean up after your event.

Refund policy:

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation will not receive a refund. The rental of the pavilion does not guarantee the use of electricity or restrooms due to circumstances beyond our control.  In the event of a rainout, reservations can remain as a credit for up to 30 days.

What to do if someone is using a facility you rented:

If, at the time of your arrival, someone is using a facility you rented, show them your reservation confirmation. If necessary, call the San Angelo Police non-emergency dispatch number at 325-657-4498. Be sure to have your receipt with you.
