Report damage caused by recent flooding to TDEM

Post Date:09/05/2024 2:19 PM

The Office of Emergency Management for the City of San Angelo & Tom Green County encourages any citizens or businesses that incurred damages as a result of the flooding incident that began on Sept. 1, to submit photos of their damages to the Texas Division of Emergency Management’s Individual State of Texas Assessment Tool (iSTAT).

Please visit: damage.tdem.texas.gov/ then click on “September 1, ongoing severe weather” to submit your photos of any damages. There is a “how to” tutorial video on the TDEM website to guide you on how to submit your photos. This is a voluntary reporting system that provides data to our local, state, and federal partners of the extent of the damages that occurred in our community. It does not guarantee financial or recovery assistance, but acts as a survey tool to develop full situational awareness of the damages that occurred in our community.

For further questions or assistance with submitting photos of your damages, please contact: Jose.Rivera@cosatx.us or visit https://damage.tdem.texas.gov/.
