About the City Council
The City Council is a seven-member policy board for the City of San Angelo.
The Council meets twice a month at the McNease Convention Center, 500 Rio Concho Drive. Meetings are open to the public and are usually held on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 8:30 a.m.
Discussions in Executive Session are confidential and cannot be discussed with the public.
Public comment
- People wishing to speak at the City Council meeting must sign in before the meeting begins
- Speakers are limited to 3 minutes.
- Applicants/proponents/appellants speaking on an item are limited to 5 minutes.
- Comments must be relevant to the authority of the City.
- Please state your name, address, or single-member district before beginning your remarks.
