Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) information
In accordance with Department of Transportation regulations, the airport has a DBE goal for fiscal years 2019 through 2021 of 6.26% for FAA Funded contracts and agreements. The DBE plan can be found here.
San Angelo Regional/Mathis Field (SJT) will be implementing an Airport Concessionaire Disadvantage Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program and Goal for FY '23-25. The purpose of the program and goal is to establish a level playing field for the participation of ACDBEs.
It is SJT's intent to invite all interested parties to provide feedback and relevant information to the goal setting process prior to submitting the goal for approval. If you have information concerning the availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for ACDBEs, and SJT's efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of ACDBEs, we invite you to call in to 1-937-240-2430 with access code 73318600# from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. ET Tuesday, June 13. At this time, San Angelo Regional / Mathis Field will accept comments and questions about the ACDBE Program and Goal setting process.
