All applications, including those submitted via an online form, must be signed and dated before it will be processed. To sign an application, visit the Parks & Recreation offices in Santa Fe Crossing, 702 S. Chadbourne St. Offices are open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays-Fridays. For more information, call 325-657-4450.

Attach an artist’s statement for each art piece to be considered for out-of-doors temporary display. (Include images of each piece or artwork with at least three different views. Images may be JPEG or photocopies.
Artist’s statement should address theme, inspiration, content or other aspects relevant to the piece.)

I have read and understand the provisions of the blank Out-of-Doors Temporary Public Art Display Agreement attached to this Application. If my artwork is accepted for out-of-doors display, I understand that an “Out-of-Doors Public Art Display Agreement” must be entered into. I am willing to accept the provisions in that agreement. I understand that the City Council has the final authority to approve such agreements and reserves the right to reject any application or agreement for display of artwork.
